How we work:

2 Ways to sell your items: 

  • Appointment – Please call the store at 330-656-3901 during business hours or email us at info@Katiebugskloset.com to make an appointment. We will schedule you based on the quantities of bins or boxes you are bringing. 

    Please be respectful of others that have appointments and only bring the quantity in that you confirmed when you made the appointment.  This allows us to process our buying in a timely manner for all of our customers.

    A drop off must be picked up within 72 hours after it has been completed. Items left longer than one week past the date of notification become the property of Katie Bug’s Kloset. 

  • Drop-Off – We accept drop offs during normal store hours.
    Drop offs are first come, first serve based on bin availability; feel free to call ahead to inquire on availability. If you are bringing more items than will fit in a standard 20 gallon storage bin, please call for an appointment.

Our Buying Schedule (We Buy Toys, Books and Equipment All Year Round) :

  • Spring/Summer Clothing and Apparel: January - June
  • Fall/Winter Clothing and Apparel: July - December

Toys and equipment must be clean and in good working condition. We carefully check for recalls, therefore all equipment must have the brand name and model/item #.


Please bring clothing freshly laundered in a bin or box with your name clearly printed or attached. Please have outfits folded together that belong to a set.


Toys and books must be in “like new” condition – we only purchase toys that have all their parts included.  All books must be free of torn pages and scribbling.


Please be sure that all items that are plastic are wiped down and clean before you bring them in, and that any fabrics and straps are freshly laundered and correctly installed.


Items that we do not purchase:

  • Car seats
  • Gates requiring hardware to mount. We DO buy pressure mounted gates.
  • Most stuffed animals. 
  • Children's jewelry.  We DO have a selection of new children’s jewelry available for purchase.
  • Any items that has been recalled. Check your item if you are not sure if it has been recalled: http://www.cpsc.gov/cpscpub/prerel/prerel.html

Merchandise Return Policy:

  • All returns must be accompanied by the original sales receipt, and tags must be attached to the item.
  • New clothing and regularly priced resale clothing with price tags may be returned within five days.
  • Toys, books, and equipment may be returned within five days. Green tags and sale items are FINAL SALES.

Refunds and Credits:

  • Cash refunds or charge card credit will be given within 5 days.
  • For returns on items purchased with store credit, store credit will be issued.
